ListCrawler (listcrawler.date) is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any visual content found on the Site. All content on the Site is user-generated and posted by independent third parties who are solely responsible for their content and compliance with all applicable laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
About 18 U.S.C. § 2257
Title 18, United States Code, Section 2257 requires producers of visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct to maintain records regarding the identity and age of performers. The regulations implementing this statute are found at 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
ListCrawler's Role
ListCrawler operates as a classifieds platform and does not produce, host, or control any sexually explicit visual content. We do not:
- Create, produce, or commission any visual content
- Hire, employ, contract, manage, or direct any performers
- Control the creation or upload of any user-generated content
- Serve as the primary or secondary producer of any visual depictions
As such, ListCrawler is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Responsibility of Content Providers
All users who post content on the Site (through our partner platform) are solely responsible for maintaining any records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations. By posting content, users represent and warrant that:
- All persons depicted in their content are at least 18 years of age
- They have obtained and maintain all required age verification records and documentation
- They are in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, to the extent applicable
Zero Tolerance for Minors
ListCrawler has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any content involving minors. Any content depicting or appearing to depict individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon discovery or report.
