DMCA Policy
ListCrawler respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the ListCrawler website (the "Site").
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on the Site where the material is found
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
2. Designated Agent

3. Processing of Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
- Notify the content provider (if known) that the material has been removed
- Provide the content provider with the opportunity to submit a counter-notification
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which ListCrawler may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10-14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, ListCrawler has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
6. Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not make false claims.
7. Limitations
ListCrawler does not create or upload content to the Site. All content is provided by independent third parties. We act in good faith to address legitimate copyright concerns promptly. However, we are not responsible for content posted by users and cannot guarantee the accuracy or legality of any user-generated content.
